Las Vegas is like an adult Disneyland. I personally enjoy just walking around at night more than gambling.
The Wynn has a fairly nice fountain out front, although nothing like Bellagio's.

This is probably one of my favorite dishes of all time. I forget the name, but it's something with ponzu sauce at Blowfish in Santana Row.
